HUMAN 3.0 的诞生背景

它们都有各自的真理,但关键的缺陷在于它们都孤立于生活的某一个领域。我们将数学、英语和科学作为单一、孤立的学科来学习,而知识其实是一张网。我们在实验室里解剖青蛙并得出结论,却不考虑它来自的整个生态系统和相互关联的关系。除此之外,对某些人来说这可能很难接受,许多精神导师身体孱弱;许多商人无法维持人际关系;许多“阿尔法男”在情感上并不协调。虽然这些在各自的领域都是了不起的成就,但真正实现全面自我发展的人却很少见。

核心基础:四大象限 (Four Quadrants)
Human 3.0 的基础是代表生活四个领域的四个象限。

这张现实地图防止了片面思考,避免将问题简化为单一视角。一个内在的心理问题可能无法通过换个新工作这种职业手段来最好地解决。一个灵性问题可能无法通过营养这种身体手段来最好地解决。资本家和基督徒在各自的领域都很发达,但在试图将他们的模型应用于其他领域的问题时,会经历不必要的痛苦。金钱往往不能解决意义问题,反之亦然,但这并不意味着它们没有紧密的联系。所有这些领域都是重叠的,通过在上述所有领域发展自己,你开始过上一张由你掌控未来的生活。
生命即“解决问题”
既然生命、发展和进化遵循着向更多混乱或复杂性展开的一般规律,并且有序的结构被创造出来以包含这种混乱,我们可以将生命的过程,尤其是你的个人生活,称为“解决问题”。
种子展开直到变成花朵。花朵比种子复杂许多倍,为了达到这种状态,它需要从环境中获取资源来进行自我发展。种子有自然的生长渴望,经过多次进化过程,它解决了导致许多其他植物物种灭绝的问题。
人们可能不认为种子是在有意识地试图生长或解决问题。尽管如此,通过观察并将模式连接到我们的个人生活中,既然我们创造了语言,这就是我们会称呼它的方式。我们可以开始理解,生命有一种向更高复杂性发展的自然流动。复杂性引入了问题,为了约束源于复杂性的熵(混乱),必须通过创造出现一个有序的结构。
在你个人的进化中,过程如下:
你有达到潜能的渴望 → 你踏入未知并被引入复杂性 → 你获取知识和技能来解决阻碍前进的问题(或者停滞不前让混乱吞噬你) → 你的身份扩展并提升到一个新的水平 → 这个过程重复,除非你被卡住。
这种模式可以在现实的所有层面和领域中被注意到。我鼓励你思考更多的例子,但为了简洁起见,让我们继续。
意识的三大层级
在每个象限内,有 3 个宏观发展水平,分别代表低意识 (1.0)、中意识 (2.0) 和高意识 (3.0)。
这些水平改编自发展心理学中的各种模型,如螺旋动力学和自我发展的 9 个阶段,这些已经是许多心理学理论的经过充分研究的叠加。简而言之,这些表明我们的心智(影响我们如何思考和做决定的价值观、信仰和世界观)随着时间的推移通过可预测的阶段进化。

这些水平反映了你在任何给定领域中的自我复杂性。整个 Human 3.0 图表代表了你。你越复杂(通过培养视角和扩展意识),生活就变得越有趣,因为你可以选择你想承担的挑战。就像电子游戏:1 级类似于按照脚本运行的 NPC 或非玩家角色,2 级是选择故事情节的主角,3 级是可以创造其他人也喜欢玩的新游戏的程序员。
注意:较低或较高的水平没有“好”或“坏”之分,它们只是某人个人旅程中的点。一个“高意识”的人并不更好,只是更发达,这种发展有其明显的优势。
你不会离开任何给定的水平。你超越并包含之前的那一个。你获得了一个更大的视角,允许你利用在较低阶段获得的知识、技能和工具。

进阶路径:三个发展阶段
在每个水平内,有 3 个发展阶段,一个人必须经历这些阶段才能达到下一个水平。阶段代表垂直发展,向上移动一个水平或倒退回去。
当一个人经历深刻的变化时,我们可以观察到 3 种一般模式:

不协调/觉醒期 (Dissonance - Phase 1) 一旦一个人“尝到了”当前生活阶段的滋味,如果他们没有因狭隘和舒适而变得麻木,他们会对自己的处境感到厌倦,但不确定接下来的生活会是什么样。

为了术语的缘故,我们可以通过将他们所在的阶段附加到他们在特定领域内的水平上来映射一个人生活的特定区域。
举个例子,“事业 2.1”(2 级,1 阶段)代表集体外在意识(与系统、结构和社会制度的关系)的发展。“2”代表个人主义者水平,而“.1”代表他们几乎耗尽了那个阶段,必须迈出不确定的一步向 3 级迈进,以发现下一章的内容。对于事业象限,这可能意味着他们追求了一个新的职业,但意识到他们爬错了梯子,需要做出转变去发现他们的使命。
在这个过程中,个人很容易经历虚假转变 (False Transformation)。他们可能觉得自己好像已经通过每个阶段达到了一个新的水平,但他们只是在模仿那个发展水平的样子,而没有所需的特质发展。这是自欺欺人,并将人们困在当前阶段,阻止他们进一步进步,直到他们解决当前水平存在的遗留问题。
当一个人在一个领域(如心智领域)发展自己,并假设自己在另一个领域(如灵性或事业领域)也进步了时,这种虚假转变就会发生。
在暂时的压力期间或当当前水平之外的问题进入生活时,个人也可能退化到较低的水平。这解释了为什么你可能会回首过去“感觉更好”的时光,并渴望将那种感觉带回现在。
正如心流心理学和尼采等许多哲学家的沉思所展示的那样,令人愉快的生活在于通过克服阻力在这些阶段中前进。深刻的变化很少是偶然发生的。当你对你的愿景、目标和优先事项有意图,而不因分心和舒适的本质而退化时,那些会让大多数人在这些阶段被吞噬的混乱变得可以忍受,并且往往成为你心中最充实的生活部分。
在 3 级及以上,个人可以为了游戏的乐趣追求更复杂的挑战并模拟这些阶段(就像一个 CEO 卖掉了公司,变得抑郁,然后以更开明的观点创办了另一家公司),既然他们创造了游戏,它就变成了无限游戏。

水平发展:特质与通道 (Channels)
在每个阶段内,必须获得一定的知识、经验和技能门槛,下一个水平才会向你显现。虽然阶段代表垂直发展,但特质代表水平发展,或在未知中航行直到你发现足够多的东西达到下一个阶段。
每个象限、水平和阶段都提出了不同的挑战,需要一定水平的技能。这种技能需要实验和教育。
一个人可能在健身方面很有知识,但如果没有实践和经验,他们就会变成胖教练原型。他们的知识令人钦佩,但很少有人认真对待他们,这有其利弊。
垂直(阶段)和水平(特质)发展的陷阱都是无聊和焦虑。如果你试图在没有技能和经验的情况下跳到一个新的发展水平,你会变得焦虑并失败。如果你根本不尝试向上移动一个水平,你会变得无聊并诉诸舒适和分心。
无聊和焦虑都会导致心智混乱,并将你从进化的展开流中移除。你的生活看起来可能还好,但一切都感觉沉闷和毫无意义。
这就引出了通道 (Channels)——一种对抗混乱并取得实质性进展的方法。

什么是通道
当你达到任何水平的不协调期 (Dissonance Phase) 时,你就获得了利用“通道”的能力。
把通道想象成电子游戏中的一个激动人心的任务。一个知识或技能的兔子洞。当你无法停止研究某个话题或致力于某个项目,时间过得惊人地快时。
在 Human 3.0 图表上,你可以看到通道的一端在知识特质中,而另一端在技能特质中。通常,一个人变得对学习或构建“着迷”,这导致经验迅速增加,使他们快速向特定象限内的下一个发展水平移动。
几个例子:

如何进入通道
进入通道的过程如下:
首先,在你完全适应你所在的水平后,你必须达到不协调期。一旦你对自己的处境感到厌倦,如果你没有对你的问题变得麻木,你会利用你的厌恶作为燃料推向未知。你在特定象限(如身体)内创建一个目标、愿景或目的。你开始获取知识和技能。你学习并实践。你犯错并修正你的目标。你进行足够的实验,直到找到那个让你深陷其中的通道。
你可以通过一个人谈论它时的兴奋程度来判断他是否在通道中,就像一个已经到了写作瓶颈突破点的人,文字止不住地流淌。他们有愿景。他们的技能和知识提供了一种清晰感,允许他们在进步中飞速前进。
当你处于不协调期时,我能给出的最好建议是寻找兴奋和热情,并不知羞耻地追求它,因为这种羞耻标志着较低的心智水平,你可以在那个过程中发展自信的技能。
系统漏洞 (Glitches):加速与风险
关于“系统漏洞 (Glitches)”:
有一些策略可以强迫你自己进入一个通道或突破发展瓶颈,我们将称之为“系统漏洞”——就像矩阵中的故障,如果矩阵是 1 级和 2 级的边界,直到你在 3 级创造你自己的矩阵。
迷幻药可以强迫某人进入神秘体验。兴奋剂 (PEDs) 可以加速健身进程。搬进你负担不起的公寓可以提供一个真正的截止日期,强迫你学习和行动,直到你的副业成功。
AI 是最近也是最广泛可用的、跨越所有领域的系统漏洞。它可以被用来快速自我发展或自我毁灭。需要品味和辨别力。从有限的视角来看,AI 只有纯粹的好或纯粹的坏。

把你的“自然”潜能发挥到极致,这样你就有了丰富的经验,不会被一击毙命。知识和技能降低风险。

肯·威尔伯的“前/超谬误 (pre-trans fallacy)”发生在人们混淆前理性(盲从者)状态与超理性(综合者)状态时,因为从传统的理性(个人主义者)视角来看,两者都显得“非理性”。这可能双向发生。
一个人可以将 1 级的原始状态提升到 3 级地位,而有些人经常将真正的 3 级发展贬低为原始思维。
换句话说,一个缺乏童年条件反射之外的知识和经验的“书呆子”很难认真对待一个神秘主义者,而神秘主义者往往持有相同的真理,但来自更全面的视角。

案例分析:局外人 (The Outlier)

如果你的事业消耗了你太多的时间,以至于你的心智心烦意乱,你的身体精疲力竭,无法娱乐灵性,那就是一个你必须尝试通过获取知识和技能来解决的明显问题,从而创造通道的机会。在这种情况下,一个人可能会每天花一小时研究商业机会,并腾出一些时间进行练习。这可能比别人花的时间长,但一旦你开始通过各个阶段,你会更有信心,你可以减少或完全消除当前占用你时间的工作。
这种转变可能会使另一个问题更加明显,比如精力不足或不受潜在客户和顾客的尊重。达到下一个商业水平可能不需要更多的商业发展,而是解决与身体、心智或灵性相关的问题。即便如此,你可能建立了一个令人难以置信的企业,拥有世界上所有的钱,但由于缺乏职业追求中的意义,你的胸口可能会有一个空洞。
通过解决问题的简单本质(并对阻止你注意到它们的分心保持警惕),你创造了一种生活方式,工作变成娱乐,健康是你默认的状态,意义丰富,你的心智站在你这一边。
